Both main‑level king suites offer private deck access, giving guests their own quiet corner to take in the mountains. The lower level is where Summit & Soul Retreat’s playful spirit really shines. Challenge your group on the private putting green or settle into the barrel sauna for a full reset. The hanging egg chairs on the expansive outdoor decks are the perfect spot to watch the mountains shift throughout the day. Then, enjoy the Outdoor Movie Lounge area, a round of pool, or late‑night game tournaments that stretch into the evening. This level features another king suite with private deck access, plus a custom bunk room where imagination runs wild — hanging clouds, wall games, a climbing wall, and more — all connected to its own ensuite bathroom.

For guests traveling with electric vehicles, an on-site EV charger makes it easy to recharge and get back to exploring.

Pools and clubhouses are open from Memorial Day weekend to the week following Labor Day.

Gym available at South Baden Clubhouse Mon-Fri during work hours during the off season. You must call to verify prior to arrival. Clubhouse Info - concessions available or bring your own (no glass please)

Summit & Soul Retreat is located on Ski Mountain about 7 minutes from Gatlinburg on the edge of Smoky Mountains National Park. Ski Mountain has windy roads that are narrow and steep at points. Use of an AWD or 4WD is advised when snow is forecast. The cabin has room for up to 5 parked vehicles. The cabin is equipped with an EV charger to accommodate those with electric vehicles.

-Security camera installed at entrance

-Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen on decks or driveway

-Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided

-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the cancellation window
