The community sits right alongside Bent Creek Golf Course, a Gary Player-designed par-72 course that's been a local favorite since 1972. -All events with offsite vendors or additional guests (photographers, caterers, pastors, etc) require prior authorization and are subject to an event fee.

-Security camera installed at the main entrance.

-Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen on decks or driveway.

-Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided.

-Indoor fireplace operation from Oct-Mar and may not be used when the AC is running.

-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the cancellation window.

-Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement within 24hrs of making a reservation.
