Liability & Damage
In addition to the damage and liability protection offered by the OTAs, you will have the option to include insurance for bookings across your designated platform/s at your chosen amount of coverage.
Owner Portal
Ability to track bookings and performance at your fingertips. No need to wait for monthly statements, check on your investment at your convenience.
Control of Financials
With the co-hosting model all funds are deposited directly in your bank account. We invoice for our services monthly. If you opt for full management, sit back and relax until your monthly ACH transfer arrives.

Smoky Mountain Vistas has a VLS license and is authorized to conduct property management services & co-hosting in the State of Tennessee.
